We opened our door in Denver’s Capital Hill neighborhood in the Fall of 2015. Bringing an authentic Japanese experience to Denver’s Capital Hill neighborhood. We are also a bar, a perfect place for after-work drinking to be enjoyed with close friends complemented by food and drinks. This experience begins as you enter our doors, to a Japanese inspired contemporary space; Sushibay 17 strives to bring an authentic atmosphere.
